REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase from Con Amor. If something does not work out, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Returns are eligible for store credit only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are not refundable because shipping costs are paid to ship the order and cannot be recovered once the order has been sent.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Final sale items, sale items, accessories, and gift cards cannot be returned.

To start a return, please email us at conamorstyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued by email.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
