Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 5–7 business days depending on the carrier and your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address.

Any shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Con Amor is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at conamorstyle@gmail.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at conamorstyle@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will work with you to make it right.
